West Coast Gospel at BB KING'S in Universal Studios Hollywood.

August 15, 2004 -- West Coast Gospel, the vision of gospel artist Donna McAfee, is a musical and comedy show highlighting the inspirational artists of the West Coast. For years the world of Gospel has revolved around the Midwest and East Coasts, but McAfee is intent on changing that.

According to Donna McAfee, "We have so many artists out here who never get acknowledged by the rest of the nation and now is their time to shine…". Each show is taped for television and showcases the best that the west has to offer in Christian music. McAfee herself an artist who has sung background for headliners such as Natalie Cole and Michael Jackson is very sympathetic to what it takes to make it in the music business and intends on including a bi-monthly series on how to be successful in the music business into the west coast gospel series.

The shows are every second and fourth Sunday at 4:00pm at BB KING'S in Universal Studios. Tickets are $30, $28 and $26 and include an all you can eat buffet. For more information please call 818-754-4460
